Pennsylvanian baking

I'm in a baking club in Nairobi, and our task for this month's meeting is to bake something from where we grew up.  Any ideas for something unmistakably Lehigh-Valley-ian?  Last month was pies, so I've already done the family pie recipe...I'm a bit stumped for ideas.

Seems like it would have to be something Pennsylvania Dutch -- shoo fly pie? Funnel cake with powdered sugar?
