On Sunday Jean and I met up with Charlotte and Carol at Westpoint for the much-feted Army/Navy basketball game. The outcome of that standoff was not favorable from the point of view of our particular loyalties (ie. Grant Carter!) but all other parts of the excursion were delightful. The train ride along the Hudson to Westpoint is probably my favorite in the whole greater New York public transportation network.
