Oh me me!!! Outside of Las Vegas!!!?? Totally goofy guess, but it'll make things interesting ....
It must be Florida, where such weather would be exceptional and draw notice. But today it COULD be the view from 705 Westridge Terrace, because we're iced and sleeted in.
