Nursery Pictures

Three days until the due date! Although we still need to hang the curtains and a couple pictures on the walls, here is a preview of the nursery and my beautiful wife's belly:

Updated Brasuell Family Bassinet

Estelle and I really wanted our dear baby to continue the tradition of sleeping in the cute little Brasuell family bassinet, but we thought it could use a new coat of paint. We simply recoated the whicker with white paint, and replaced the green on the outside with another gender-neutral color of light grey. Our soon-to-arrive daughter's Oklahoma grandma-to-be made a wonderful new liner for the bassinet with a similar color scheme. Here are a few pictures to show what the next Brasuell baby's first bed will look like...

'Snowmageddon' in DC

It has been a bit crazy here in Washington, and I have been shoveling snow about 5 hours. Luckily, the forecast is calling for more snow in a couple days!
